Therefore, unlike traditional advertising, there has to be a compelling reason why people will come to any web site in the first place, interact and return again.

Building long term business on the web is not done only by simply grabbing people's attention but sustaining it with unique value, causing people to return.

Interaction is important:
Information about your services must be presented in detail in an intelligent way, an electronic rendition of a brochure.

A web site isn't something you just go and look at. It's something you interact with, something you actually use. So the more consideration is given to the way people interact with the site, the better.
